The best way to keep your allies alive is to make sure they have a hard time getting hit. With every group of heavy hitters, one or two supports are game-changing in battle. I use Sera in my Rogue Artificer Inquisitor team. I focus on getting constant shots and crits from her. She gets Long Shot+, Explosive Shot+, passives ->pincushion.
